Capture6

Capture6 Selected for the Carbon to Value Initiative's Third Cohort

Capture6 has joined the startup cohort for Year 3 of the Carbon to Value or C2V Initiative. The eight #carbontech startups chosen for the accelerator—C-Quester, Capro-X, Capture6, Carbon to Stone, Dioxycle, enaDyne, Global Algae Innovations, and TerraFixing—are developing a wide variety of innovations for the capture, conversion, and sequestration of carbon.

Through this six-month accelerator program, which is designed to advance the startups’ commercialization efforts and de-risk their innovations, the cohort will gain access to the C2V Initiative’s Carbontech Leadership Council (CLC). The CLC is an invitation-only group of corporate, nonprofit, and government thought leaders across diverse industry sectors who offer commercialization opportunities and identify avenues for technology validation, testing, and demonstration.

The Carbon to Value Initiative is a multi-year collaboration among the Urban Future Lab, Greentown, and Fraunhaufer USA that is supported by NYSERDA
